At Pearls At Twilight, your satisfaction matters to us.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund.

For change-of-mind purchases, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unused, unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item has been assessed and approved.
